Teaching and Training

• Mr. Rao in on the national faculty of teaching for revision knee replacement master class and courses for national and international surgeons.
• Mr. Rao regularly lectures nationally and internationally on Primary and revision knee arthroplasty and  Hip abductor muscle repair
• Hold user group meetings for management of periprosthetic fractures around hip and knee. 
• Educational and Clinical supervisor of junior doctors, higher surgical trainees in Orthopaedics.
• Mentors to Surgical Care Practitioners and other allied medical professionals of Western Sussex Hospitals Foundation NHS Trust
• Mr Rao also chairs the national revision knee arthroplasty user group meetings with use of Trabecular Metal Cones in knee revision arthroplasty.
